Thoughts sit in the mind in bundles, one on top of another. Draw one out, and all the others shift into a new pattern.

Where was that thought a moment before you needed it? That alone is a wonder.

The world chases a closed fist that holds nothing. Chase only what's real.

Forgetting isn't a flaw. It's a gift that lets every day begin fresh.

Don't try to grab everything at once. Go slowly, one step at a time, and keep the longing.

A broken heart is not sadness. Give it a small time each day, and stay joyful the rest.
